Two-way live conversion with a swap button, a dual scale showing the value on both units, every unit listed at once, presets, copy buttons, precision control and locale-aware numbers.

Build with the "Converter" template from my Super Artifacts library.

Good first builds from this template: a kitchen converter for the recipes someone actually cooks (spoons, cups, grams by volume, oven temperatures); a converter for one trade's own units (a print shop's paper sizes, a brewer's batch sizes, a sailor's distances and speeds); or a team's internal conversions (story points to days, credits to pounds). Once I have picked one, ask which units I reach for, the exact factor for each against one base unit, and two or three conversions I do every week to use as presets. Every factor must come from a stated source or me — never a guess.
