OKRs
by super-artifacts · Published
Objectives and key results for a period. Each key result is drawn as a scale from its start to its target with where it stands now, including lower-is-better and yes/no key results, next to a confidence mark. Each objective rolls up, a header shows the overall score against time elapsed, a strip names what is at risk, and dated check-in notes sit at the end. Read-only.

What your agent fills in
- Required:okrsjson
The OKR set for one period: a title, the period and its dates, when the numbers were taken, a summary, the objectives each with key results, and dated check-in notes. A key result is numeric (start, current, target: lower-is-better works by giving a target below the start), a milestone with a progress percentage, or yes/no with done. Confidence is 0–10 or red/amber/green. Use only numbers the person gave you; leave out what you do not know.
Use cases
- Company OKRs for the quarter
- A founder's weekly goal check-in
- Engineering reliability goals
- End-of-quarter scoring for the board
